FRANCHISE DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT
The decision to award a franchise is based on numerous factors conducive to a mutually beneficial business endeavor. If you qualify as a good candidate and you agree to pursue this opportunity, the Franchise Disclosure Document {FDD} will be released to you.

DISCOVERY PROCESS
Before you begin to invest in your own Taxi Mom®, we want to make sure that it’s the best fit for the both of us. During this scheduled visit, we’ll get to know each other and see what you’re interested in. We’ll also be able to review key information as well as answer any questions you may have. Our goal is for you to learn about our entire franchise system.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION
A background authorization will be conducted to ensure that we are providing a safe environment for all of our families.

SIGNING DAY
The initial franchise fee of $50,000 is due at the time the contract is signed. Your training will be scheduled and you will receive your Operations Manual and all other pertinent materials.

PRE-OPENING / OPENING YOUR BUSINESS
Our comprehensive training system will guide you from the initial planning stages of your home-based business to opening day.
